Our staff has experience working with many types of specialties and works closely with your practice to ensure the entire billing process and other non-clinical areas are covered in every aspect. We have certified professional coders, experienced billers, agressive collectors and network engineers ready to assist our clients as needed. We meet with our client's leadership team on a monthly and/or quarterly basis to review and fine-tune the practice's performance.

Can we continue to use our existing practice management software?
Yes, if you would like us to continue using your current billing software, we can certainly do that, otherwise we will use one of our software platforms for your practice.

What about my legacy accounts receivables on my current practice management software?
We have a division that handles legacy accounts receivables utilizing our proprietary software, consistently outperforming industry collection benchmarks.

What about privacy?
We understand the sensitive nature of medical billing data and are respectful of our clients and their patient's privacy. At PBS, we are 100% HIPAA compliant.

Where are payments sent?
All payments are received by the practice. However, we recommend that our clients consider using a bank lock box for all receipts.

Do you have direct communication with our patients?
Our clients drive the level of our involvement with patients.

Do you allow clients to pick and choose the services they wish to outsource?
Yes.

How much do your services cost?
All of PBS Medical Services' fees are negotiated and locked in upon contract signing.  Note that most of our fees come exclusively from money we collect on your behalf, and only after you've received these funds. Basically, we don't get paid until you do.
